To exclude a tag or segment from a mailing, write a minus sign before the name of your tag or segment. This will make the tag or segment highlighted in red and the subscribers in that list will not receive the mailing, regardless of whether they are included in other tags or segments in the mailing!

Note:
Excluding a tag or segment must be done before a mailing has been sent, i.e. when a campaign is still in draft or scheduled and not afterwards.
