The email Address member field is not imported, what do I do for errors?

For preliminary purposes for importing your file with members and member data, we recommend that you create the custom fields in advance in Rule. This makes matching the fields as smooth as possible when you import your file. 

! Important to note is that the e-mail address member field does not need and should not create yourself. Rule reads the @address at the time of importing and creates that field automatically and terms it with "Email". See screenshot below. Therefore, you don't have to look at your own column name for your email addresses.
