How do I activate "soft limits"?

To simplify the flow and at the same time avoid that campaigns are temporarily paused, you as a user can choose to allow so-called  Soft Limits

With soft limits , you as a user agree that in the event of overdraft of the monthly quota, with mail per month, still allow the entire current promotion to be sent out by paying only additional payments for the excess promotions. This will be particularly valuable in times of urgency and the monthly quota may be reached faster than planned. You enable soft limits under Settings > Admin And it is users with Super Admin privileges that specify the approval of soft limits. To change the permissions that Super Admin contact To activate.
