What counts as a member's activity?
What counts as a rule member activity?
A member activity in Rule means that a member himself interacts with you, by:
- Created in Rule (e.g. signed up for your newsletter via website).
- Open an email.
- Click a link in an email.
When you, as admin, do something in the account, for example, changing the name or other information on a customer card does not count as a member's activity. For example, if you have made an import of the member or if you as an admin made an update of the membership data, it is not a member activity.
Summary: A rule member activity is when the member himself actively did something, and not when administrators do something that possibly concerns the member.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions regarding membership activity.
