What counts as a rule member activity?

A rule member activity means that a member himself interacts with the newsletter by: 

  • Sign up for your newsletter via your website. 
  • Open an email.
  • Click a link in an email.

When you, as admin, do something in the account, for example, changing the name or other information on a customer card does not count as a member's activity. For example, if you have made an import of the member or if you as an admin made an update of the membership data, it is not a member activity.

Summary: A rule member activity is when the member himself actively did something, and not when administrators do something that possibly concerns the member.
