Tips for possible issues

If you experience malfunctions within your account or something seems suspiciously wrong, it could be due to a number of reasons:

  • This may be because you have temporarily lost your internet connection.
  • That you have been logged out due to inactivity 
  • Your browser has a plug-in that affects

Try the actions below:

  • Refresh your browser window
  • Log out of Rule and log in again
  • Use the Chrome browser and try its incognito mode which can be found under File>New incognito window .

How many users do we have available under our agreement?

Inside the "Dasboard" you can click on the arrow on the far right. This will bring up a dropdown menu showing your "Available capacity".

How many templates are included under our contract?

When you are a new paying customer, a tailor-made template is included. Read more about how to make a beställning av mall.

How many mailings per month can we do under our contract?

If you are a paying customer at Rule , you have unlimited mailings per month, which you can see under "Available capacity". 

Are unsubscribed customers counted into the number of subscribers?

As a customer, you only pay for the active members you have on your account.

In other words, you don't pay for members who are on the blacklist. 

Permissions inside the account

We at Rule Communication assign the Super Administrator role to you who is authorized to sign contracts. This "Super Administrator" can then add more users. This is useful if there are several people in the company who need access to the account and need to set up your communication. Note that your super administrator can add unlimited users to your Rule account. 

Here's what to do:

  1. Click on the "Arrow icon"
  2. Then go to "Settings"

  1. Click on "Users"
  2. Here you can see your current "User list".
  3. Here you add a "New user"

Note that we charge 55kr per month for extra users!

Can I have a sub-account/multiple accounts?

Yes, you can. By using sub-accounts, there are even more uses for your digital communication. 

  • For example, you can Divide brands and distribute senders so that communication remains relevant to your customers. 
  • For example, if you have a subsidiary in another country, there are The ability to allocate tags and filters. 

Set sender details

This is how to set up your "Sender details". This can be adjusted manually for individual mailings but we recommend filling in the correct sender details in the first stage to save time in your campaign work.

  1. Click on the "Arrow icon"
  2. Then click on "Settings".
