You can find the image bank under 'Content' in the menu

By clicking on '+' you can create a new folder

Then you name it something suitable

You drag the image you want to move and place it in the folder you want to organize your images.

When you are in your campaign, you can double click on the image, then on 'Replace image' and the image bank will appear and you can choose an image.
