Can I change a customer's email address?

Yes, you can do that. However, note that changes directly to Rule in some cases count as temporary changes in cases where member data comes from an external database. 

To manually adjust member information, follow these steps: 

  • Go to members and use the search field to search for the desired member. 
  • Then click the Pencil icon to see the member information and email address. See picture below. 
  • Click the Address bar to enter a new address. See picture below. Exit and save by clicking the green tick.
