How can I see if the customer has received the promotion?
Recurring questions are that customers/members get in touch and wonder about their campaigns. You can easily see what happened directly in Rule. You can find the statistics in two ways, and under Campaigns>Sent>Find Member and click the statistics icon. Option two described below is through Members>Find the current member and click the statistics icon.
To investigate a specific customer/member's campaign history, you can do the most easily in the following ways:
- Go to members
- Use the searchbar to search for the current email address.
- Click on the statistics icon (see below). This will display an activity tree similar to the large image below. It lists the times for campaigns sent, received, clicked, etc.
