How do I remove or add tag/tags to a customer?

Of course you can remove or add tags to individual customers. 

First you need to look up the current customer and then do the following: 

  • Go to members > the search field. 
  • Then click on the Pencil icon on the current customer to see the customer's member information. 
  • At the bottom, the tags and filters that the customer belongs to are gathered and you can click on the X to remove the desired tag. See example image below. You can choose to manually add a tag to your customer by typing in a new tag name or selecting an existing tag. 

Note that members without a tag will not be affiliated and cannot become recipients of promotions. 

Members without a tag can then be found under Settings - Admin and members without tag.
